Unique paintball facility to celebrate Father’s Day with $5 paintball tournament for Air Force families
BOSSIER CITY, LA – Splat Zone Paintball, a new paintball facility located at Clear Lake Park on Barksdale Air Force Base, is now open to the public each Saturday and Sunday, opening at 10 a.m. and closing one hour before dark. Members of the general public and groups of 10 or more are required to RSVP by the Monday previous to their desired visit date in order to arrange access to Barksdale Air Force Base. In observance of Father’s Day, Splat Zone Paintball will host a Father’s Day Tournament on Saturday, June 16, with special promotional pricing for the first 40 United States Air Force fathers (active duty or retired) who RSVP. The first 40 qualified participants to RSVP will receive equipment rental and 1,000 paint balls, a $40 per person value, for $5 per person. In addition to offering promotional pricing, Splat Zone will be giving away a Tippman 98 Custom paintball rifle, as well as other prizes, during the Father’s Day event.
Splat Zone Paintball currently houses three fields, with a fourth field – a professional-grade PSP Field – planned for installation this Summer. Splat Zone is the only area paintball course that allows full-auto style weapons to be used on their courses. Splat Zone offers a money-saving membership program for regular paintball players.
