If you're looking for a fine dining experience in a great atmosphere loaded with entertainment then look no further than Bistro Byronz. This French-Louisiana style bistro has a New York chic atmosphere. Be sure to taste the Abita chops, a French cut pork chop marinated in Abita root beer, which is made right here in Louisiana. Or try the yummy pot roast Creole, a fork-tender pot roast served with garlic mashed potatoes and Creole gravy.
While dining, jam to the tunes of the live entertainment offered Saturday nights from 9-11 p.m., June through July. Bistro Byronz is located at 6104 Line Avenue in Shreveport.
